Brass Dryad leaf earrings

Each Dryad leaf earring has been individually hand fabricated using the technique, fold forming. This involves folding sheet metal to create a central seam. The metal is then cut into a leaf shape, hammered to give texture, filed, polished and shaped to give a realistic, 3d leaf.
Each leaf has been hand drawn and cut so each pair completely unique and holds the magic of autumn.

Measurements ~
I have 3 different sizes, short, medium and long.
Leaf length including the earring hook -
Short - 35mm
Medium - 45mm
Long - 50mm

~ Each pair of leaves hang from sterling silver earwires.

Brass will naturally tarnish over time. An easy method for naturally cleaning brass jewellery is by starting off with warm water and a small amount of liquid dish soap, use an old toothbrush to gently scrub the surface of your item with soapy water. Once you have finished scrubbing off the grime, rinse the item thoroughly until the water runs smoothly over the surface. Be sure to dry the metal well afterward.
