Group Silver stone set ring making workshop

Join me for a creative day designing and crafting your own unique sterling silver stone-set ring. As an experienced jeweller, I’ll guide you through the process in this popular small group workshop. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, this is a perfect opportunity to learn and create something really special.

What to Expect ~

During the workshop, I’ll teach you a range of traditional and contemporary jewellery making techniques, including:

* Shaping and forming

* Texturing and stamping

* Soldering

* Stone setting

* Finishing and polishing

You’ll have the choice from a collection of beautiful gemstones or seaglass which you will create a custom bezel setting for. Then you’ll design your ring band using sheet silver or shaped silver wire, with plenty of options for surface textures to make your ring truly personal. My popular natural leaf print texture is one of many choices available.

If there’s time and you’d like to make an additional stacking ring to complement your stone-set ring, you’re welcome to do so for an extra £18 (payable in cash on the day).

By the end of the day, you’ll take home a beautiful, one of a kind stone set ring to cherish or gift.

Materials and Equipment ~

I’ll provide all the tools, sterling silver and one gemstone of your choice for the workshop project. Tea, coffee, and biscuits will be available throughout the day to keep you refreshed. Please bring along your own packed lunch.

Location and Times ~

The workshop takes place in my cozy yet spacious yurt studio, surrounded by the stunning scenery of Grogley Woods, Withiel, North Cornwall (just 5 miles from Wadebridge).

Workshops can run on both weekdays or weekends.

Start time: 10:00 AM

Finish time: Around 4:00 PM

Accessibility ~

The yurt is located on decking with steps, so unfortunately it’s not wheelchair accessible. Onsite parking is available.

Pricing and Group Sizes ~

£155 per person

Minimum group size: 3
Maximum group size: 6

Cancellation Policy ~

Cancel up to 5 days before and transfer to another date.

Private Group Workshops ~
